Exchange and return policy
Replika Store Exchange and Return Policy:
Welcome to Replika Store!
• Exchange and return are free for the first time if the order value is 500 riyals or more. However, if the order value is less than 500 riyals, the customer bears the shipping cost equivalent to two policies (50 riyals).
1. Are there any cases where I cannot return products?
There are some cases where the product cannot be returned:
• If the request is private, via WhatsApp or through a personal shopper.
•Submitting a return request after the specified deadline: 3 days for return and 7 days for exchange from the date of receipt.
•If the product is used, damaged, or not in the same condition as when received.
•Certain products such as underwear and socks.
• Products that are tailored to the customer’s request, such as abayas.
•Consumable products that have been used or installed.
•Products that have been tampered with or have had their serial numbers removed.
• Products without price tags or stickers, original packaging, or missing accessories.
2. I received a different product than what I ordered, how can I return it?
We apologize for this unintentional error. You can return the product in its original condition and packaging as you received it and send it back to us. We will immediately initiate the full refund process within 7 days free of charge upon receipt of the product.
Note: The customer is not entitled to exchange or return if he received a wrong or defective product and used it or damaged its accessories.
3. I changed my mind and don't want the product I purchased, can I return it?
Sure, you can return the product you no longer want, as follows:
•If the product is not shipped: You can contact us to cancel the order, and we will refund your money in full.
•If the product has been shipped: The shipping cost will be deducted, and we will refund the remaining amount to you after the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
• If you receive the product: You can return it within 3 days or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition and not included in the list of products that cannot be returned.
• If the order is private via WhatsApp or through a personal shopper, it cannot be returned.
4. Are delivery charges refundable?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the products received have a manufacturing defect. If shipping is free, the shipping charges will be calculated as the value of two shipping documents in the event of an exchange or return. Also, cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. How long does it take to ship returned products?
Under normal circumstances, shipping takes 8-10 business days.
6. Can I return the product after the specified period has expired?
If some circumstances prevent you from returning the product within the specified period after the date of receipt, please contact the customer service team or submit a complaint via the “Contact Us” page on the website. Each complaint will be considered independently, taking into account the provisions and laws of consumer protection.
7. I do not have the original packaging of the product, can I get a refund?
You can get your money back if all tags attached to the product are present and have not been tampered with.
8. Who bears the shipping cost if I want to return the product?
If you wish to return the product, Replika Store will deduct the shipping cost of 50 riyals (equivalent to two shipping policies), and the remaining amount paid will be returned to you.
10. Indemnification
We are committed to returning the amount paid by the customer using any of the available payment methods after deducting the shipping cost in the event of a return. We also provide a product replacement service with the same product with the possibility of changing the size or replacing it with another product.
